This Privacy Policy applies only to this web site, which is owned or controlled by DuPont Danisco Cellulosic Ethanol LLC ("Company," "we" or "us") and other interactive features made available through the web site or that interact with the web site and include a link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, "Site"). This Privacy Policy only covers information collected at the Site and does not cover any information collected at any other web site or offline by Company (unless specifically stated). This Privacy Policy explains Company's information collection practices at the Site, such as the types of information Company collects regarding visitors to the Site and how we may use that information. Information You Provide Us

The Site may ask you to provide personally identifiable information, which is information that could be used to contact you or identify you personally, such as your name, birth date, or e-mail address (“Personal Information”) and other information about you, such as demographic information (your gender, ZIP code or similar information) or certain information about your interests. Information We Collect As You Access And Use The Site

In addition to any Personal Information or other information collected by the Site, we and our third party service providers may use a variety of technologies that automatically or passively collect certain web site usage information whenever you visit or interact with the Site ("Site Usage Information"). Embedded Scripts. An embedded script is programming code that is designed to collect information about your interactions with the Site, such as the links you click on. HOW AND WHEN WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES

Company may share non-personally identifiable information, such as aggregated user statistics, with third parties. We do not share your Personal Information with third parties for those third parties' marketing purposes unless you consent to such sharing at the time you provide your Personal Information. Third Parties Providing Services on our Behalf

We may use third party vendors to perform certain services on behalf of the Site, such as hosting the Site, designing and/or operating the Site's features, tracking Site analytics, enabling Company to send you e-mail, or performing other administrative services. We may provide these companies with access to user information, including Personal Information, to carry out the services they are performing for you or for Company.

EEOC / Affirmative Action Reporting

In conjunction with laws and regulations enforced by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”), the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (“OFCCP”) and similar state and local regulatory agencies, we may ask you to provide us with self-identifying information (such as veteran status, gender and ethnicity). Providing such self-identifying information is voluntary, but if you do provide us with such information, we may submit that information, to the EEOC, the OFCCP and similar state and local regulatory agencies for business-related purposes including, without limitation, responding to information requests, fulfilling regulatory reporting requirements and defending against employment related complaints.

Administrative and Legal Reasons

We may also transfer and disclose user information, including Personal Information, to third parties: (i) in the event we are required to respond to subpoenas or other legal process or if in our good faith opinion such disclosure is required by law; (ii) at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation; or (iii) to protect and/or defend the Site's Terms of Use or other policies applicable to the Site or to protect the personal safety, rights, property or security of Company or any individual. We may also use Device Identifiers, including IP addresses, to identify users, and may do so in cooperation with copyright owners, Internet service providers, wireless service providers or law enforcement agencies in our discretion. Business Transfers

Company may share Personal Information with its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates for internal reasons. Company also reserves the right to disclose and transfer all information related the Site, including Personal Information: (i) to a subsequent owner, co-owner or operator of the Site(s) or applicable database; or (ii) in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, restructuring, the sale of substantially all of Company's stock and/or assets or other corporate change, including, without limitation, during the course of any due diligence process.

NOTICE TO PARENTS

The Site is a general audience web site and is intended for users age eighteen (18) and older. Accordingly, we do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children younger than the age of thirteen (13). We will delete any Personal Information collected that we later determine to be from a user younger than the age of thirteen (13).

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES

The Site may contain links to third party web sites that Company does not control. Company is not responsible for the privacy practices employed by any third party web site. For example, if you "click" on a link from a Company partner, the "click" may take you off the Site and onto a different web site. CONSENT TO TRANSFER INFORMATION TO THE UNITED STATES

The Site is operated in the United States. If you are located in the European Union, Canada or elsewhere outside of the United States, please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Company reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without notice to you. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy. However, Company will not use your Personal Information in a manner materially different than what was stated at the time it was collected without your consent.
